Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing David Rivas Photography! Please review our booking policy before scheduling your session. 1. Booking & Payment • Full payment is required at the time of booking. • Sessions are booked on a first-come, first-served basis. 2. Cancellations & Rescheduling • Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the session may be rescheduled once at no extra cost. • Cancellations within 24 hours of the session will result in the loss of 50% of the cost of the session. • Rescheduling due to weather (for outdoor sessions) will be accommodated based on availability. 3. Late Arrivals • Sessions will begin promptly at the scheduled time. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your session. • If you arrive late, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time. • Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may be considered a no-show, resulting in the loss of the 50% of the cost of the session. 4. Copyright & Usage • The photographer retains copyright to all images. • Clients receive a license for personal use only. Commercial use requires written permission. 5. Delivery & Edits • Edited photos will be delivered within 10 days via an online gallery. If prints are available with your package, they will be delivered within 15 days. • Additional edits beyond standard retouching may incur extra charges. 6. Liability •The photographer is not responsible for any injuries, damages, or loss during the session. • In case of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, emergency), the session may be rescheduled, or a refund may be offered.
